I upgraded my Shopify plan just to use the LTL freight option for customers placing an order for things that can't ship ground. I have used the World Wide Express website (AKA SpeedShip) for the last 10 years, so I thought I would try their Shopify App. The app never worked correctly and the help I received from the app developer was only via email with copy and paste instructions. Never did receive a phone call to offer assistance, even though we emailed back and forth for over 2 weeks. I was told the app is still being tested, it was always timing out. When I pointed out the shipping rates were not loading correctly on the website, and they had to do more testing, it wiped out all of previous settings I had already input, thus starting all over again. I have since canceled and deleted the app.

I've had my issues with the app, but Zach from Eniture Technology provided me with excellent customer support. Walking me through what I needed help with and making sure I got what I needed. Much appreciated.

Their customer service team was very responsive to my customer support requests and were prompt with their responses! Thank you for your review. As explained, your issue was due to a failure to complete the steps in the User Guide. Specifically populating the product shipping parameters, which are required. We are in the process of moving our site from another platform to the Shopify platform. The main reason for transferring over to Shopify, is the availability of the Eniture Technology Apps which make it possible for the customer to get an accurate live shipping quote at checkout, especially for the products that ship via LTL carriers. Our experience with the assistance of Eniture Technology's personal has been very good
