I upgraded my Shopify plan just to use the LTL freight option for customers placing an order for things that can't ship ground. I have used the World Wide Express website (AKA SpeedShip) for the last 10 years, so I thought I would try their Shopify App. The app never worked correctly and the help I received from the app developer was only via email with copy and paste instructions. Never did receive a phone call to offer assistance, even though we emailed back and forth for over 2 weeks. I was told the app is still being tested, it was always timing out. When I pointed out the shipping rates were not loading correctly on the website, and they had to do more testing, it wiped out all of previous settings I had already input, thus starting all over again. I have since canceled and deleted the app.
