Has done great for us.. We have been using the X shopify integration for over a year now, and get quite a few orders because of it. Really enjoy working with their team as well, our ad campaign manager Garrett is a great guy and he has put in plenty of effort to make sure we have some success there. It's working nicely.

Issue Launching X Ads Campaign – Nothing Happens After Clicking Launch
A complete waste of time. I setup everything as directed. When it syncs the products it is not getting anywhere near all of my listings. It skips between 800 then hours later 850. Then the next day 3800, now 785. Complete garbage. Also when you create ad sets and use logic such as what product type it is not possible to edit them after created. So you have to delete it and start the product set over again. Not very well thought out. I would not recommend advertising with Twitter X or this app.

Linking our Shopify store to X was easier than expected. Grok even walked us through the entire process and was 100% correct in the required steps. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience!
high key does not work
Hi Chipped Social - Thanks for taking the time to test our app and leave a review! We rolled out some feature improvements for the app recently that should provide a better experience. Can you share more details on the issues you were facing so we can look into them?
Hopeless. I had high(er) hopes after joining an AMA on X about how the ads are now Grok-assisted, but the same UI issues exist. My catalog is always disconnected when I go to check it (on the Shopify side). It reconnects, but none of the recent products show up on the X side. I deleted and retried, but same issues. When I try to create an ad, I'm forced into a generic carousel-style ad, that's pulling ancient products that have no relevance to our audience on X. Compared to Google and Meta (neither of which are perfect), the X integration seems very buggy, and for us, unusable, since I want to advertise a specific set of products.
