I don't think it works anymore since Twitter is now X. Couldn't get it to connect to my store.

This app does not work. I downloaded the PDF and followed all of the instructions and still does not work. I am just going to call it a day and just give up on this. Does not go beyond the authorization process. Very dissapointed.

This will not connect to my stores. I have 2 seperate Shopify stores, and it just times out when I click "Authorize". Can this be fixed please. This would really help big time.

Doesn’t work no more with Shopify and Shopify stoped phone support and now impossible to get help with Shopify only on chat and extremely time consuming only to get nowhere.

The app was a bit tricky to set up, but it's worth the effort. I was able to sync all my products to Twitter and got the Spotlight Products on my Twitter profile.

Worked once, changed stores, doesn't configure. I have wasted hours and hours trying to delete and reinstall.

Excellent integration, easy to manage, and they do not ask for very many permissions. Twitter is an A+ Shopify app!
the catalogue sync feature is broke, I have 200 products and it only added 50 or so and they were all old. please update this and the back end UI for uploading and management. Its very clunky and behind even facebooks business manager. please contact me I would like very much to resolve these issues.

Not user friendly. Very strange to have some items pulled to be able to use. Mostly weird items that are not even actually for sale on my site. Then, when I do find a product that I want to put into a set I can't because my pictures are all too small. The way my template of my store works is that I use 212 x 250px. I would need to re-do all of my pictures to make it work. Plus, I tried to re-do one to see if I could get it to work and it doesn't.

I synced my store to Twitter shopping and i am running into an issue. Most of the products in my store come in multiple sizes -- Twitter counts each product variant as an individual product. Since Twitter only allows 50 products in a feed, my shop is really only showing about 16 products. It would be much more efficient to have individual products on the shop feed, that you can then click on and select your size. Right now i only see the option to show the same product(s) variants as separate "products". Is anyone else having this problem?

Twitter was so easy to set up with Shopify. I was able to set up my Twitter Shop account within 10 minutes. Effortless!!! Great new feature.
Reached out to help and nobody can figure out how to make this work for me. I'm going in circles. Account is connected but no products so go to products, Shopify and it takes me to the app that says I'm connected then back to the page where I need to add products. Again, click on Partner Connection and go to the app store where it says I'm connected and ... getting nowhere.

Horrible. Stuck in a loop that keeps asking us to install the app. app is and has been installed but still the loop. Not recommended at all.

We noticed your products have "unavailable" status due to image size compatibility issue. Please refer to the “image_link” section of our product specs guide (https://business.twitter.com/en/help/shopping-specs.html) and ensure that your product image links meet all of the following requirements: - All images must be in JPG, GIF, WEBP, or PNG format. - The minimum image size is 500 x 500 px. - The maximum image file size is 5 MB. Had to leave a review because of all the bad reviews. If you are going to add this app -- know that once you connect your account - give it a day to propagate. It's NOT instant. And they tell you that in the notes, documentation, etc. Once you see the actual products in your Twitter dashboard -- you'll want to go to the Twitter "Shopping Manager" -- it will be a new dashboard. Create a SHOP and SHOP SPOTLIGHT. Name them and add products. You will see an image of the storefront on the right -- it will be a twitter image, but you won't see any of your products. It will seem broken. It's not. IMPORTANT: The storefront ONLY works on the app -- so you don't see it load on your Twitter profile on your desktop. Open the app on your phone and you'll see the store and shop spotlight once you load your profile. I hope that helps! The app is good - it's easy. The problem is expectations - we expect it to work like other apps here - let that go! Great app - nice to have a new place to promote products --

We're stuck in an endless loop after connecting Twitter. It says our products are synced and we're ready to set up our store front. We click the button to add products from our Shopify, then it leads us back to this page to add the app, which we have done. I can't do anything from this page now except read reviews and leave my own. I can't get any products to show on our Twitter account.

Once you’ve completed the onboarding steps on Shopify, you’ll need to head over to Twitter Shopping Manager (https://ads.twitter.com/shopping_manager) to create Product Sets and publish your Twitter storefront. Your products should be automatically synced and can be found via the “All Products” tab, and there is no need to manually add products or go back to Shopify. Please follow this guide https://twitter.app.box.com/s/w19e6hh1aylyo3j4rdal8vygnq8x6vvv for a full end-to-end walkthrough of the steps to activate a Twitter Shopping feature on your profile. My account is published and active on Shopify... but my Twitter profile is empty, I can't see nothing. How do I troubleshoot this?

Seems like everything is published and active on Shopify... but my spotlight is not showing up on my Twitter profile. How do I troubleshoot this?

this doesnt seem functional. only a few of my items synced with twitter. i dont see it on twitter. im not happy with this.

We were pleased with the ease to which to get our products on our Twitter channel and now that we are integrated the maintenance issue has gone away. I think we still need to figure out how to move Twitter users into buying through Twitter but the integration here is solid and pain free.
