Folosim XConnector zilnic și suntem foarte mulțumiți de serviciile oferite. Ne economisește foarte mult timp, iar AWB-ul este gata în aproximativ un minut, ceea ce ne ajută enorm în activitatea de zi cu zi. Suntem foarte mulțumiți și de partea de suport. Recent am integrat și opțiunea de livrare la locker cu ajutorul echipei XConnector, iar aceștia au fost foarte amabili, răbdători și ne-au ajutat de fiecare dată când am avut nevoie. Per total, avem o experiență foarte bună cu XConnector și îi recomandăm cu încredere!
Il folosim de trei ani, pe doua magazine. Ce face, pe scurt: leaga Shopify de softul de gestiune. Comanda intra in magazin, factura se emite singura si stocul se descarca din gestiune. Nimeni din echipa nu mai muta date dintr-un sistem in altul. La un calcul grosso modo (2 minute per factura), ne salveaza in jur de 40 de ore lunar, adica o saptamana de lucru a unui om care altfel ar sta sa faca facturi. Si asta e doar capitolul facturare. Are si integrari cu curierii - adica creare automata de awb, verificarea corectitudinii de adresa de livrare, deci timpul economisit se multiplica substantial. De suport suntem foarte multumiti. Am pus multe intrebari, unele si stupide, si de fiecare data am primit raspunsuri profesioniste. Ultima data ne-au rezolvat o problema care ne bloca de luni de zile: sa folosim codurile noastre de gestiune, diferite de SKU-urile din Shopify, fara sa schimbam nimic nici in magazin, nici in contabilitate. De departe cel mai util plugin din cate folosim.
A very useful app which makes the job easier. What really stands out, though, is the chat support team, they're always available and genuinely willing to help. We're using the app in Bulgaria, where we encountered two issues. Both were resolved by the X-Connector team in less than a day by implementing new features. I'm extremely satisfied with both the app and the support, and I highly recommend it.
It is a very good app and we really appreciate the assistance. Compared to other apps, their team is very invested and they had a call with us to help us set everything correctly. They also reply very fast to our messages, which is impressive. We are happy that we can generate both the AWBs and invoices at the same time, using only this app. Before this, we were using 2 separate apps and it was time-consuming. Thank you!
