The app should be fine, however the developers and support is very rude and only upsells and are not proactive to actually help, but are there only to sell. I do not recommend! LE: I appreciate the response, but I want to clarify my experience as it seems different from how it’s being portrayed. I reached out because I genuinely needed help, not an upgrade pitch. While the developer states that “this level of support wasn’t included,” that’s exactly the issue many small businesses struggle with — basic guidance turns into a paywall, and the tone felt unexpectedly condescending, almost like we were being talked down for not already paying more. That’s not the kind of attitude you expect from a team whose role is to support customers. I’m not asking for special treatment; I’m simply sharing how the interaction felt from a customer’s perspective. If I left the conversation feeling unheard, pressured, and subtly mocked, that’s valid feedback. Other small and medium businesses depend on clear, supportive communication, and my review reflects that gap. I stand by my original comment so other users can make an informed decision.

The worst support ever. Even if my credentials are valid and copied and pasted from the email they don't work. Also, the exact same data worked on the billing service website, but not inside xConnector. After I openend the support chat and telling to the "tech guy" that I have an error, he/she replied to me after 1 hour, telling me that the credentials are not valid...
