Foarte neseriosi au devenit, au ajuns sa nu imi mai raspunda la mesaje cu saptamanile. Am anulat un abonament de care nu mai aveam nevoie toate bune si frumoase pana la ziua platii cand am fost facturat din nou pentru ceva de care nu am beneficiat. Le-am vorbit frumos spunandu-le ca nu mi se pare ok sa platesc pentru asa ceva. Ma rog au inceput sa devina la un moment dat aroganti si cumva sa dea vina pe mine si Shopify. “Sper” ca v-au fost de folos acei bani. Nu recomand aceasta aplicatie prin simplul fapt de cum se trateaza problemele aici.

The worst support ever. Even if my credentials are valid and copied and pasted from the email they don't work. Also, the exact same data worked on the billing service website, but not inside xConnector. After I openend the support chat and telling to the "tech guy" that I have an error, he/she replied to me after 1 hour, telling me that the credentials are not valid...

Downloaded the app. Tried to link it to our GLS Ireland account. was requested by xConnector to "Please call the GLS support and activate your API access before starting to generate shipping labels". I did this only to get the reply that the app is NOT compatable with GLS Ireland....
