The app is very user friendly and customer service has a great response time. Shout out to Max, who is very patient and does a nice job of walking you through the setup process and answering any and all questions along the way.

We love using Redo! It is very user friendly and the team has been amazing helping us get everything set up. I have chatted with customer service several times with questions and Natalie is AMAZING and so helpful! I definitely recommend Redo for small businesses, it has made our lives so much easier.

Re:Do has added a seamless experience for our customers when it comes to returns and exchanges. The onboarding was simple and almost everything is automated so the interface was easy to learn. Ian and Hannu are the best of the best! Any questions or problem that comes up is met with a quick and timely response and solution- even on weekends or Labor Day when we're running a big sale. We were also asked to be beta users to help give ideas and feedback to further elevate the customer experience and it's been a blast working with the Re:Do team. Could not recommend Re:Do more!

Great app with tons of options for different automations and return flows! Recent updates have made it even more user friendly and easy for customers to return items. Anytime I have needed support, the online chat has been answered extremely fast and my issues have been resolved promptly each time.

So far quite happy with Re:Do. The learning curve with their system is a matter of a day or so and you're up and running. New interface is slick and easy to navigate. Support is very responsive and Natalie has always helped me get the answers I need.

Can't say enough about how much Re:do has improved our customer's experience and saved our team time! Not only is the App amazing, but Hannu has been nothing less than exceptional any and every time we have needed something answered! Re:do is changing the way we are able to serve our customers and with Hannu there's so much support and confidence standing behind us!

Ian & Hannu helped me get this app set up & moving forward. Was it all that necessary? Maybe yes, maybe no... I'm pretty tech savvy and this app is really easy to navigate so I basically had it all set up before the call, but when they reached to out to advise they offer phone/video onboarding support, I took 'em up on it (to ensure I did it correctly) & the CUSTOMER SERVICE provided in that was exceptional! I wish ALL apps would do this, to ensure we're on the right path & using the app to it's full potential & to our biz owner's understanding - can't say enough good things about this app's support! Now, my customers have an amazing service provided & I feel confident I have the support of the app's behind the scenes team! Thanks y'all!

What an app experience, for my customers & for me the website/business owner. The onboarding customer service provided by Ian & Hannu was exceptional! I sure wish all apps would do this phone/video support. I have connected this app to both of my stores! My candle biz & Freshie biz are better for being able to offer this app’s features to my customer. And I’m way less stressed having been shown how to use the app to its full potential. I love this app! Working with Chris to help me get set up was so easy. I used to have Loop and I can't believe I was paying so much when Redo is free! This app is pure gold. I haven't had any issues so far.

We were concerned that our customers would abuse free returns E.G. — Buying 10 items and returning 8 of them— But Redo has it set it up so that customers are still getting the Amazon Prime experience, but they prevent customers from abusing it. They have thought of everything!

The highlight of this app is seamless returns/exchanges - customers can complete returns/exchanges in a few quick steps. Everything is automated. The only drawback is that if customers want a different product in exchange (rather than different size or color of the same product), you will need to manually sort that out as the app does not allow selection of a different product for exchange. Customers still have the option to choose to return for store credit and apply it to reorder a different item, however. Thank you for creating this app! Much needed!

This app is AMAZING! Easily one of the most useful and seamless apps you can add to your shop. You absolutely need to have this app in your shop if you're a small business owner because it's just soo helpful! I'm so happy that I decided to give it a try! Top Benefits - streamlines returns, exchanges, etc with a very simple intuitive portal that customers can access via link that you can put anywhere you choose on your site. - no complicated installation. very straightforward - you can offer store credit and upsell by providing customers money or a percentage off if they choose store credit which is so amazing because that means more revenue - it auto-syncs with your stores policies - you don't need to worry about shipping labels or anything like that, the app generates everything with the customer directly - you can pre-approve returns and ask customers to upload an image of the product - you can collect customer feedback about the item their returning - the opt-in cost for customers is nominal -- $1 - $2 - even when customers don't opt in before purchasing, the portal still handles everything - most, importantly this is FREEEEEEEEEE to the store. No monthly costs, nothing!!! Oh and the customer support is super helpful and timely!

We have been so thrilled with re:do! There have been some learning curves/tech glitches but support is always on it so quickly. Processing returns is SO much quicker, saving me time and money. My customers are also happier because they have access to great postage rates, much better than sending them to the P.O.! Highly recommend!!
