Great app, adds so much more functionality to the store! I had a bit of an issue, but Neo helped me solve the problem immediately - staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great app

I have had a great experience with XO Gallery, I was struggling with something and within 5 minutes I received support. It was a complex problem so the support agent kindly requested access and wrote the code for me. Problem was sorted within 10 minutes

I noticed a problem with my XO Gallery (our fault, not XO's) and Neo helped correct everything quickly and without hassle. Neo was patient with my questions, and I can't thank him enough. Highly recommend XO Gallery!

I downloaded the app for a free trail and I wasn't expecting too much. However I have to say it's extremely easy to use. I needed to contact their support team for some advice and Neo was not only very helpful, but very efficient, professional and friendly. The XO Gallery app is not only affordable, but functional. I would highly recommend it.

I have to withdraw my bad review. I received the notification from Neo and sure enough, the emails ended up in the spam folder. Unfortunately, the chats were always deleted in the app and we didn't have a history, so I would certainly have known sooner that I had received a reply. All that aside, I have to stand my ground and apologize profusely for my unjustified review. I have also been refunded the payment. The app and the support is reliable and accordingly I can highly recommend it. If you get stuck with the app function, feel free to contact the support team, they are very willing to help and support you.
