To say this gallery is superb would be an understatement. To say the support team is excellent would be an even bigger one. We've been using the XO Gallery across a few projects now, and hands down, it’s the best gallery app I’ve found on Shopify. The functionality, ease of use, and overall experience are exceptional. The support team is just as impressive. They’re responsive, helpful, and genuinely open to feedback. To the point where a suggested improvement can actually become a real feature. Mind blown. Highly recommended.

I found XO Gallery after having used the C**y Gallery app for over 5 years and once that went down recently to, I don't know why, technical problems I think, but basically defunct I needed to find, very quickly, a replacement. XO Gallery was the perfect replacement, in fact it's absolutely brilliant, I love it It's saved my website and I recommend it to anybody who is looking for an efficient gallery running on new tech that is fast loading and has beautiful effects. The custom code aspect allows you to tailor your galleries to your own needs. Using AI has helped me to basically implement all those codes changes. In a nutshell, if you're looking for the perfect gallery, I would recommend XO Galleries. 5 stars for sure. Neo gives fantastic support, and even on a Sunday!

This app has so many endless possibilities, and the support is exceptional. Neo helped me rebuild my picture gallery and it looks amazing. He went above and beyond to create it exactly how I wanted it to look. I was on the basic plan but upgrading to the pro version is so much more worth it. My basic plan was so slow but with the pro, everything is seamless and very functional. Thank you for your amazing support!! After a truly horrible experience with my last gallery app, I wasn't holding out a lot of hope, but I was pleasantly surprised!!! Xotiny's app was easy to install and configure. I installed the app very late on a Sunday night. I had two minor issues/questions, and fully expected to have to wait 2 or 3 days for a response from support. I was blown away when it was 2 or 3 minutes. Neo was friendly, helpful, and patient. My only complaint is that I wasted so much time, money, and headaches on the last app when I could have had XO Gallery. Will definitely check out other apps from Xotiny!

Not only is the app very nice to use, but the tech support is fast and excellent. I found it easy to use, it looks great. There are lots of options. I've had other gallery apps, this is far superior and the chat/tech support made all the difference for me!

We’ve been using XO Galleries for our awards and product photo displays, and it’s been great. Our theme isn’t super common, so there were a couple conflicts—Neo jumped in right away and got them fixed, even though it wasn’t really the app’s fault. Before this, we were stuck with a messy mix of slideshow tools that made us add images one by one with no bulk delete or easy edits. Now everything’s in one place with titles and descriptions, and we don’t have to redo it every time. The app does what we need, looks good on the site, and the support’s been quick and easy to work with. We’re looking at the Pro version now—partly because of how good the service has been, and partly with the holidays coming up and wanting more product slideshow options ready to go.

I'm overall very happy with this app. The layout is clean and easy to use — honestly the simplest and most intuitive gallery interface I’ve found on Shopify. I haven’t explored all the features yet, but everything I’ve tested works well so far. Support has been responsive and helpful when I needed assistance. A great solution for displaying image galleries cleanly and efficiently.
