DO NOT TRUST XPRESSBEES FOR YOUR SHIPMENTS! Absolutely terrible experience—our shipments were mishandled, with items stolen and zero customer support to resolve the issue. After holding our shipment for over a month without even attempting delivery, they had the audacity to return it and charge us RTO fees! A complete scam operation with no accountability. Avoid at all costs if you value your customers,products and business.

Major major issue is BAD customer support. There is no point of contact. Incident 1: My bulk packages that were required for an exhibition were misplaced and no one helped. I looped in multiple internal folks, made calls to normal customer support, but no one even gave the number of delivery centre. I then physically went to 4 locations everyone sending me to the other location saying that the package is on the other centre. It's a complete mess. Incident 2: Their centre is constantly charging extra weight incorrectly, I wrote to their executives but no positive resolution. Incident 3: Similarly they have a techinical issue where they don't initiate mail to customer on shipping updates, which is part of shopify api and is done by all other providers. I wrote to them over email explaining how it can be solved but no response. Really bad customer service. Recommend staying away. It's better to pay 20 extra rs to shiprocket.

Fraud company. They delivered my one rto without otp and when I am asking for Pod they are giving a POD without stamp. Even On that when rto was delivered to me it was 2 shipments but delivery boy delivered me one and I put a stamp in one box of paper ( pod paper )and in other box I written not received. I have copy of that POD which I signed but now they are providing a same Pod with cutting. company has marked a arrow sign from 2nd box to first and cut the lines not received with pen and saying rto has been delivered. they are 100 percent fraud and even they do not attend 50 percent shipments to customer and makes it rto without reason. Please beware from this fraud company. The tracking was 14345140501753 which I did not received.

Initial service was ok, but it is getting delay in delivery of shipment, some of the shipment taking more then 10 days.

I have been using Xpressbees for all my shipping needs and I've been consistently impressed with their service. Their Pickup person are friendly and efficient, and "Tushar sir is a great supporting men is always helpful and responsive" My packages have always arrived on time and in great condition. I highly recommend Xpressbees for anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free shipping experience.
