I cancelled my subscription on January 23, 2026, yet I was still charged again on January 29. I’ve emailed multiple times and received no response. This charge was unauthorized, and I’ve now had to dispute it with my bank. Very disappointing experience, especially since I was considering using the service again in the future. Poor billing practices and lack of customer support.

Love the fact it offers free services to see how thing go. Instead of paying for it first. Might not get to much advertising with the free version, but at least you can check it out before you invest in more advertising while just starting your business. I recommend to anyone with not much cash on hand to give them a try. Thank you very much appreciated you for the work that you do.

The posts generated for my site have been quite profound. After checking many tools that create AI generated ads, this is appears to the first one that is actually realistic. The support received has been fantastic, too.

Not bad. Since i'm starting i'm not interested in plan that cost money yet but only to have someone that post once a week when i really have to focus on something else is really nice it keeps my social media alive and help build trust over the clientele. I like it

Xlya definitely knows how to grab the attention of potential customers! Loving this App and takes me by a positive surprise with every post on social media! It did save me time on posting myself with editing and descriptions. Looking forward to this continuing collaboration. Thank you so much!

I just used the free version and, it did with as promised, but obviously there's not really any options to make changes, what you see is what you get, but I am sure the paid versions are great

I'm not a marketer. This app made it super easy and fun to create and schedule posts for my small business. I'm super happy that I found this!

Just installed this app and spent over 20 minutes completing the setup. As soon as I finished, it told me I had to upgrade just to make a post — otherwise it will only start to generate post in a month. This was not made clear upfront. The constant “upgrade to unlock” prompts throughout the setup were misleading, and the advertising suggested more functionality than the free version actually provides. Not worth the time invested.
Hi there! Really sorry to hear you had some issues with getting things set up. We took a look into this... The reason the system didn't generate any posts for you immediately after completing setup is because your store is not active and has no active products. It is currently password protected and "opening soon". We use information about your store and its products to help us generate social media posts and ads for you. If we cannot access your store and you have no active products then the system waits for some to come available. This should have been made clearer to you in the setup process so sorry you feel like you lost time to it. It's certainly not because we needed you to upgrade first. Great site! It allowed me to make videos and market on social media platforms. The only fixes that I would suggest is better video qualities. My videos that were posted were all blurry and whenever I set up a same day ad, it never posted but took away from my credits. Overall wonderful website!
