Alex and Anita were so helpful during setup and I have found this barcode generator easier than others I've tried. It made printing and labeling my inventory a breeze and kept everything simple and organized.

Support is very helpful and fast communication. I had to change my billing subscription and Alex was able to help me. He assured my 1-2 business day refund for my current plan and then I’d be able to pick a new plan to rebill. This transaction took only 10 minutes to resolve. Thanks Alex for all your help!

We have initiated a new label format, using a small barbell label for jewelry. It's hard to get all the info on the label along with the barcode. Anita just helped me by adding the template I need to use to the list of existing templates and she even set it up for me, so now I can easily teach my staff how to use it. Such a lifesaver! (and timesaver). I looked through many retail label apps until I chose Yanet Retail Barcode Labels and I'm so glad I did!!

It has been a pleasant experience working with this app. There is a bit of a learning curve but customer assistance is always available via chat. I chatted with Anita and not only did she direct me on how to fix the problem, she made a suggestion for a future enhancement to help new users like me. She even credited my labels that misprinted back without me asking which is greatly appreciated.

AMAZING SUPPORT! NEEDED THEM TO ADD AN AVERY LABEL NUMBER TO THEIR COLLECTION TTO ACCOMODATE WHAT I NEEDED THE BARCODES FOR IF ONE COULDNT FIGURE IT OUT, THEY ASKED ANOTHER PERSON WHO COULD. ALTHOUGH TOTAL TIME WAS ALMOST 3 HOURS, THEY WERE VERY PATIENT AND TRIED EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO FIGURE IT OUT. AND SHOWED GRACE. LOTS OF GRACE, WITH REGARD TO GETTING IMPATIENT FOR THE TIME THIS CHAT TOOK BECAUSE OFNALL THE RESEARCH NEEDED TO COMPLETE MY REQUEST... HAVENT USED THIS YET, AS WAS SETTING IT ALL UP BUT WOULD RECOMMEND "JUST" BASED ON THE AMAZING SUPPORT ALONE! THAT IS LITERALLY EVERYTHING WHEN RUNNING A COMPANY SOLO, ESPECIALLY HAVING SO MANY HATS TO WEAR AS IS WITH LIMITED TIME AS A RESULT.... Great App & Excellent Support! This app makes creating and printing barcode labels super easy and even fun. The interface is intuitive, and customizing label templates is simple. A special thanks to Alex from support—quick, helpful, and highly knowledgeable. He was able to help me with a problem that I had in the template within minutes.
