Service is always great, responds immediately, has a nice opening to make me feel heard, was able to promptly and correctly help me identify the issue and fix my problem within minutes. I am pleased with his service and the Yanet product.

Really easy to use - it walks you through the various options and everything is self-explanatory. Very happy we chose Yanet. When I had a small issue this morning, Tracy was able to resolve it super fast which is exactly what you want when you are inundated with new stock!!!! Highly recommended.

I really like this app. It's easy to use once you set up the templates and it hasn't been glitchy at all. I use it to put bar codes on products that don't carry them already and it works great. Nice people, too.

Tracy from Yanet provided exceptional assistance, swiftly resolving the issue I encountered with printing labels. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the service. The app itself is intuitive, and I particularly appreciate the ability to customize labels to suit my needs such as importing shopify POs without using Stocky. Looking forward, I hope to see more innovative features added that could further enhance its functionality. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I would highly recommend it to others seeking a customizable barcode printing solution.
