Easy to use. I'm just setting it up now. A bit of trouble getting templates to print in the lines but that may very well be my printer. I did an online chat with Alex in customer service and they were able to answer my questions and help me with test labels. I can't wait to get started.

Alex helped me get 200 free labels. So far my experience with Yanet has been good. I was able to customize my label the way I wanted unlike some other label printing apps that I tested out.

Liam, Anita and Alice at Yanet were most helpful when my labels were not printing properly and being wasted. They resolved the issue quickly and refunded my mis-printed labels.

This app has been great for our business so far to generate and print barcodes for our products. I had a small issue recently and contacted the support team through the chat window and got an instant response from Tracy. She was extremely efficient and helpful in resolving my issue so I could get on with what I needed to do. The app can be a little tricky to get your head around but once you've tried and tested a few things it has all you need to create barcodes from SKU's.

For our simple purposes, this app has worked out quite well for us. While it took a little while to set up the Zebra printer and get the templates figured out on our Mac, Yanet was very fast in their replies and helped get everything to work out just fine. We print 2 different sized labels regularly and it's been easy enough to switch back and forth between them each day. For the most part it has been issue-free, but when we had one of our templates randomly go wonky on us, they again were fast to reply to help fix it for us.

Alex in customer service is super cool and deserves a promotion! I swear I thought he was advanced AI because his customer service was stellar. My business is built on customer satisfaction and I recognize that caring for your clientele with a gentle and kind hand speaks volumes for the company as a whole. Great app, labels are printed nicely and comes out clean. Been using them for almost a year and everyone in our store loves that we have names for our overseas products. Without yanet, we’d be screwed

Great app for creating barcodes and pricing labels. Extremely robust and works with a lot of different label types. Good support thats responsive and helpful whenever needed.
