The app works great and does exactly what I needed. Support was incredibly helpful, especially in explaining how tiered discounts can still be applied on the backend through purchase orders and invoices—not just through the buyer’s cart. That flexibility makes a big difference for how I manage bulk orders.

Alex from Yanet was very helpful and friendly and resolved my problem straight away! When I didn't understand the technical way to change something on how the discount applies on my website, he logged in and helped me fix it. I highly recommend him as a customer support person.

I’ve only been using Yanet for a few hours, but I’m already impressed by how smooth and user-friendly it is. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the setup process was quick and intuitive — perfect even if you're just getting started. What really stood out, though, was the incredible support from Alex. He was super responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to help me get everything up and running. It's rare to find such attentive and knowledgeable customer service, especially so quickly. If this is what the first few hours are like, I can’t wait to see what’s next. Highly recommend Yanet — and huge shoutout to Alex for making the experience so great right from the beginning!

Support is answering very quick! The app has sometimes some error which lead to very bad results in our backend but they were able to fix that within 30 hours.

A superb little app that does just what it says. They also have amazing support.
