YipSMS has been pretty easy to use for my campaigns. I did run into a top-up issue once, but their team got it fixed the next day. Would be great if they add a feature to edit or update lists/segments — that would make things even smoother.

I love YipSMS: Text Marketing. This app is easy to set-up and works like a breeze. They also have a great support team. The couple of questions I have had were addressed easily and completely. I highly recommend.

I switched from SMSbump (YOTPO) to this app. The price per text is way better! This app is simpler to use and the staff is helpful to fix or implement any requests. update: still using over a year later, still happy I switched, especially now that YOTPO is going away.

As small business owners, this is an easy, efficient, and affordable way to reach our Shopify customer base. I was impressed with how quickly I got through the process from the download to the execution, and with the ability to upload a photo. This will be a great way to stay connected with our biggest fans. Highly recommend!

So far this app has worked great, was easy to use even for me(not very tech savvy). Was able to send a campaign to all our customers in minutes. What we did in sales on our first campaign was great, will be using it again.

I was just looking for something simple to get started fast without watching a bunch of videos to learn how to use it. It didn't take long to upload my contacts and send out my first text and I love that it isn't expensive like other apps and the pricing isn't hiding. I know exactly what I'm going to pay per campaign.
