However, in the next step, I encountered another challenge where the theme variations did not allow the use of the plugin's "Add Condition for option" feature. Wow amazing! We've tried 3 different 'option addons' and this is the only one that works with the ajax side cart. We are using Monster Cart Upsell and other plugins weren't adding the price automatically. Other plugin owners told us it can't be done. This one works perfect. Thank you!

We tried a number of similar apps and hands down this was the easiest to setup, just works and does everything we need. We are using it for some of our products that have a large number of variations (200+) as well as for adding paid product extras. The app provides critical functionality for some the highest selling products in our store and has proven to be rock solid since we started using it over 6 months ago. Support is very reliable - on the odd occasion we have had an issue with our theme and the app (or just having questions in general) support has been outstanding. A request to make a UX improvment was made within days of requesting. Pricing for the app is extremely reasonable.

Valuable Options & Excellent Support. We only use this app for price add-on and we're very happy with results. But it still has more features, which makes the app a very valuable tool.

Incredibly fast response by customer service. There was a slight glitch and honestly they responded within minutes during their office times. The app itself solves all of my issues when needing to customise orders for my customers. It allows photo uploads and long text notes and tick boxes. Originally I got someone to code something like this and was no where near as good as this app. I highly recommend this app, no need to wait for someone to change something for you and you save a lot of time and money allowing you to focus on your customers and launch.
