Ymq Product Options, Variants

This app is great and has really helped us provide a better user experience. We had a very specific question about using this app with Shopify Flow, and the support at Ymq was fantastic - very fast and exactly what we needed. There are so many other apps that are SO much more expensive and don’t have near the functionality - like customily. They openly admitted to not having the functionality this has, yet they are 5x the cost! It’s all marketing. This is a FANTASTIC product, MUCH more user-friendly and has great support. I feel so lucky I found this as my store HEAVILY relies on it.

This is a brilliant app. It’s the only app out there that does an excellent job of by-passing the Shopify 100 variant limit. Its cleverly designed and creates as many options as u need in a simple to use format. It’s also great looking and makes your store look even better. The service is also unbelievable and support assisted me several times especially when it came to my Ajax cart. They spent quite a lot of time customizing it for me to incorporate all my options in a format that suited my products and business requirements. I would highly recommend this product and support team. They will hold your hand until you achieve your desired outcome. They also reply either same day or next morning latest depending on your time zone where u live. I give them a 10 out of 10 rating

Support: 5/5 App: 4/5 - only because sometimes there are issues that require intervention to resolve and some of the text in the app is written in bad english. However, it is the best app for the price I have found so far and perfect for my shop since we custom make most of what we sell.

Literally, I tried more than 10 apps for the options I want to list, but none of them worked as I expected, UNTIL I met Ymq product options app. It has all that I need and is simple enough for me and my team members. AND the price is VERY reasonable!!!

Update 2026 - YMQ is still amazing and responsive. They fixed two glitches with the app within 24 hours of me pointing them out. Thank you so much! Excellent App for a 2.0 theme website! I had another product option app, but it didn't work when I updated my theme. I not only like the way many options and features YMQ has, the team has been on the ball with customer service too. When I run into a glitch, they have either been able to find a work-around, or fix it for me within the app within 24 hours. Thank you for making such a great product - I really appreciate it!

Lost thousands in sales due this app

I have been using the app for more than a year. Since I have so many variations, I was using it for everything except 1 variation. Then I needed to add some variants under Shopify. So I use Shopify variations and this app at the same time now, but YMQ doesn’t comply with Shopify at all. I have different prices for different product variants but because of the app, once you pick another variant the page won’t reflect the price unless you refresh it. As soon as I disable it, all is well. I have been getting so many upset customer messages because of that. I have reached out to YMQ a few times already but it’s still not fixed.
