I've used multiple option apps in the past, actually before this app I used Shopify base variants. a free option app (now a paid app) plus a separate image uploader (also no longer free). Whilst it worked it lacked many things such as conditional logic & image upload conditions which this has. Now my product forms look a lot neater and I'm able to control the amount of images that can be uploaded by the customer through conditional logic. This helps me save time helping confused customers. It's just a much better experience all round for me & the customer, something I should of switched to a long time ago. I have one of those themes that doesn't play nice with just about all of these option/product apps so I draw on the help of app support to save the day. So far, during the 14 day trial, they have helped me resolve multiple theme issues that would likely take me days in a matter of minutes. Kudos

This app is really amazing , allowing you to do all sorts of different customisations and set up options for your product. The support team is also very very helpful, they always try to help on each request promptly. this is is totally worth the price, keep up the good work!

I really can recommend this app! It's easy to use. The service is amazing and very quick. I had some problems with the app in combination with my theme. The personalization didn't show up in the cart. And they fixed everything within a business day! Thank you again!

Looks great, amazing customization options, and decent price. Support is extremely quick to respond. I used to use Hulk Product Options, they were extremely slow and had many glitches (said would take 1-2 days to fix an issue which is unnaceptable), so then I switched to this app! Literally fixed my issue in less then 10 minutes. Amazing and recommend.

This is by far one of the most useful apps for product options on the Shopify App Store. I have tried countless other apps that just never quite did everything I needed them to do. However, with YMQ I was able to achieve everything I required plus more. Not only does their app function exactly as required, but their team is extremely helpful and helped me achieve the functionality I required from my store. The YMQ team and their app is exactly what you require for your store. I could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone who wants to make their store function exactly as required.

I have used this for about month now. I have very complicated product options setup in my store, by using the option template, I can easily add and remove options for a group of products. I can also add or remove options for special product individually which greatly reduce my setup effort. The most impressive thing I want to mention is their support, I had an issue in our development store, the support team response my issue report almost immediately and helped me resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes!!! With the excellent support like this, I feel very comfortable to continue using this app for my production store. One suggestion: it will be great to have the export and import function for this app so that we can easily replicate our production store to our development store.

I tried many different apps with similar functions however Ymq Product Options was the most user-friendly and straightforward app to use.
