the moment l subscribed it stopped working it's been a month now
I'm so sorry you had troubles. We searched and couldn't find a ticket requesting support. If we missed it, I apologize. We definitely would have loved to have looked at what was going on so we could resolve it. If you want to try it again let us know as we can certainly dig into what you were having issues with and would be glad to find a way to credit you for the difficulties.

We were having a small issue with one of the tools in this app and we are running the free version. The support we received was as prompt and professional as one could hope. They fixed the issue in a very timely manner and we could not recommend this app, and particularly their support of it, any higher. We'd give them 6 stars if we could bonus them.
