We’ve had an excellent experience with this loyalty app so far. The setup was smooth, and the interface is very intuitive. We specifically needed a solution to create a VIP tier, and this app delivered exactly what we were looking for. Lily was incredibly helpful throughout the process, guiding us every step of the way and making sure everything was set up. Aida also provided great support, especially when helping us navigate the free plan.

Best decision for our store Silkfab.com ! I absolutely love the YoYo Loyalty app. It’s super intuitive to set up and has completely changed our customer engagement. The cashback system is fantastic and really encourages repeat purchases. The support team is incredible—big shout-out to Shophie for being so kind and quick with help.
