Thank you very much, I didn't quite understand many settings, so the customer service representative patiently guided me and even provided screenshots to help me follow along step by step.This gives me greater confidence in the website's marketing strategy.

We’ve had an excellent experience with this loyalty app so far. The setup was smooth, and the interface is very intuitive. We specifically needed a solution to create a VIP tier, and this app delivered exactly what we were looking for. Lily was incredibly helpful throughout the process, guiding us every step of the way and making sure everything was set up. Aida also provided great support, especially when helping us navigate the free plan.

Best decision for our store Silkfab.com ! I absolutely love the YoYo Loyalty app. It’s super intuitive to set up and has completely changed our customer engagement. The cashback system is fantastic and really encourages repeat purchases. The support team is incredible—big shout-out to Shophie for being so kind and quick with help. Technical team also very expert and quick, they resolved everything within minutes, not days. They are very responsive and truly invested in making it work for us. I absolutely love yo-yo loyalty it has helped my business tremendously. I personally love the fact that it is affordable as they offer free services as to where competitors on here try to charge you for everything. You don't have to worry about that with yo-yo. I'm definitely a long time customer

So far very good. Excellent support - available straight away and saw it through to completion. Only drawback is the wishlist only selects product not variant - so price stored may not reflect the variant the customer wants if they are using this to budget plan. I chatted with both Aide and Sally and they were both amazing.
