I had a question and Lara from YoYo Loyalty responded quickly and was able to help. Sooo impressed with the customer service and we are very optimistic on the functionality of this app and how it has performed in the first month!

The app works great, it took just 3 hours to set up and have amazing functionality and design. The best part is the customer service (shout out to Aysan!) as they will help you customize the app to your needs and respond within a few minutes!! AMAZING SERVICE and GREAT APP.

I think the support team is very fast with their responses and overall support. I spoke with Daisy, and she was extremely quick in providing a solution. They resolve my problem within 10 mins of time. One suggestion I would like to share is that along with percentages, you could also introduce a points-based option -for example, 1 point for every ₹1 spent. That said, whatever you currently offer in the free subscription is already very good for small companies that are just getting started. Daisy, thank you once again for your excellent support.
