I absolutely love the YoYo Loyalty app! It is super intuitive to set up and has completely changed our customer engagement. The cashback system and rewards are fantastic and really help encourage repeat purchases. A special shout-out to Adriana, who was incredibly helpful and guided me through getting set up on this plan. The customer support is truly top-notch. Highly recommend this app to any merchant looking to grow their store!

I scheduled a help call and the team was excellent at answering all my questions. They guided me through where to find things on my Shopify store and made it very easy to learn how to set up what I was looking to do for my rewards program for my shop.

Nice app. Good features. All in all it's a nice app and it feels easy to navigate. It let you setup your loyalty rewards quick and it's simple to manage your settings. Today I was helped by Daisy with a setupquestion and it went supersmooth so I'm happy with the app in total Everybody at YoYo really tries their best to make it all work for you

Great app, exactly what I required and not forced to upgrade to a $200 pm level or required to upgrade to Shopify Plus like the majority of other apps. I had an issue and reached out to YOYO support and Daisy helped to solve the issue very quickly and in an efficient and professional manner. Thank you Daisy! I can see why that app has a 5* review and this is another.

Great app and amazing support! I've been using YOYO Loyalty Program & Rewards and I'm really happy with it. The referral system is straightforward and easy to navigate. When I had some questions, Jazz was super helpful and cleared everything up quickly. Great customer service makes all the difference! Highly recommend it.

Really good experience with YOYO so far. Ben, Lily and Aida were very helpful in setting up my Shopify rewards program. I had quite a few questions during the process and they were always responsive and clear in their replies, which made things much easier on my end. They also helped coordinate with their tech team whenever needed, so any issues or clarifications were handled quite smoothly. My website is about to launch, so I’m glad the setup process has been smooth and reassuring. Hopefully the app features perform just as well once we go live. So far, a very positive experience.
