I recently installed the app and contacted Support because I needed help to implement some of the features. Alva responded very quickly via Google Meet to add, set up, move and explained some feature that I didn't understand in a patient, friendly and professional manner. It's still early days re using the app but I am excited to see how it'll work and benefit our customers, and it's free I'm giving a very well deserved 5 stars for the support I received and will leave an update later once the app is in use.
