Really good experience with YOYO so far. Ben, Lily and Aida were very helpful in setting up my Shopify rewards program. I had quite a few questions during the process and they were always responsive and clear in their replies, which made things much easier on my end. They also helped coordinate with their tech team whenever needed, so any issues or clarifications were handled quite smoothly. My website is about to launch, so I’m glad the setup process has been smooth and reassuring. Hopefully the app features perform just as well once we go live. So far, a very positive experience.
