very limited features and is annoying that you cannot remove their stop sms link which accounts for 50% of the sms message length limit.
We're sorry to hear you found YSMS limited in features. We'd love to know which specific tools or options you'd like to see added so we can improve. Regarding the unsubscribe link, it's a legal requirement - particularly when using alphanumeric sender IDs, since recipients can't reply "STOP" to opt out. Keep in mind that in a standard SMS message, the unsubscribe link typically takes up around 25 of the 160 available characters. If you have ideas for new features or suggestions for how we could handle the unsubscribe requirement differently, we'd be happy to hear from you at [email protected]

So far so good, only a few days in, but it served very well the purpose. I like the fact that is built for Shopify and integrates seamlessly, and also that you pay only for what you use. That's fair. Maybe in the future having a subscription plan after you reach a certain amount of sms sent and have a fixed price, would be awesome!

Very good. You can pay per message and its not much. The only bad part is you can shorten your links.

I sent a test message to myself for a shipping confirmation automation and my phone filtered the text message into a spam folder. This app is unusable.

Ottima app, semplice ed efficace! Abbiamo iniziato a usare YSMS per le nostre campagne SMS e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. L’interfaccia è intuitiva e ci ha permesso di partire subito senza bisogno di lunghe configurazioni. Ottimo anche il supporto clienti: rispondono in modo rapido e sono molto disponibili.

Muy satisfecho con Ysms. La plataforma es fácil de usar, intuitiva y ofrece herramientas muy útiles para recuperar carritos, enviar campañas SMS y automatizar el seguimiento con los clientes. Desde que la usamos hemos visto una mejora clara en la conversión. Además, el soporte es rápido y eficaz. ¡Recomendado totalmente para tiendas online que quieren vender más!

So far it's been a good app for us. We are just testing to see how our customers respond to the text. Being able to see the ROI is good. We like that there is not app membership needed. We get charged at the time we decide to send out text. This is all quoted to you before hand.
