I just downloaded the app and purchased non-refundable credits. Upon sending my first sms, to myself as a test to see what my customers will receive, I was given a blocked notice stating my store is spam and I am blocked from using their services. Annoyed to say the least.
We have filters to monitor SPAM situations, this is necessary to avoid unpleasant situations. The message says you can contact us if you think it is not correct, we will analyze the situation and we would have unblocked you. The credits are refundable, you can contact us
App is very bad, very buggy. I have order checkout recover enabled and it keeps sending smses to people that already ordered. It is simply unbelievable how bad it is. Clients call us saying that they ordered and they are very angry as they get smses that they did not order. Support is very bad and unresponsive.

I just downloaded this app, it is super easy to use but I can barely type anything in my message without it costing $90. Might stop using this because of how much they are charging to send a message.

I tried several other SMS apps before, and they were mostly a disaster. I tried again with YSMS and what a breath of fresh air. First of all, it worked straight out of the box. Secondly, it’s intuitive and easy to setup and personalise. And if you need any help, support on live chat is great. They always respond quickly, usually within a few minutes and they’re very helpful. So far, I’m very happy with the app and can highly recommend it.

Fantastica! La utilizziamo sia per le campagne che le automazioni. E' molto facile creare campagne e gestire le automazioni, ogni sms ha la risposta di effettiva consegna. Ottima anche l'assistenza.
