In terms of performance, with proper setup and time investment, you can realistically aim for 50% full automation and 60-70% partial automation, with a very solid quality level. On top of email responses, Yuma also handles ancillary tasks like retrieving data from external documents (Google Sheets, etc.) and modifying orders, which adds a lot of value.
