EDIT 11/29 POST RESPONSE FROM ORICIHI: Anyone lucky enough to read this message will not regret it. I would like to point out that no refund was made. At the time, I was on a trial period, so I would have paid (even a high price!), so there was no refund. I also pointed this out separately, so I don't understand why it was taken into consideration in the response. So, from this alone, it is clear that they don't know what they are talking about or how to deal with customers. Unfortunately, I am no longer your customer, as I have felt cheated several times. The basic video they sent me makes no sense and proves nothing. I asked them one thing and they replied with another. PRE: I feel cheated Downloading this app was my downfall. Unfortunately, I trusted the positive reviews, but if you think about it, no one really bothers writing positive reviews. Most of the time, reviews are written by people who’ve had serious problems, so they’re negative. This is one of those. Stay away. Data not tracked correctly, non-existent customer service (they respond after 7 hours and never when you need them), for a simple configuration job they took about 3 days without ever completely resolving it and showing the correct time zone in the data (other apps do it immediately, it's just a basic configuration). The only response they give is “our team is working for you, you have to be patient.” Bot-like responses, always identical, that don't let you know if they're reading your follow-up questions. A service to stay away from, it only caused me problems during Black Friday week. Not up to standard for me.

Just to note: - If our app were actually unreliable or fraudulent, we don’t think you would still be using it today. - After carefully explaining and addressing all your requests, asking us to pay $1,000 for waiting less than 24 hours over a weekend is truly beyond the scope of our service. I was experiencing technical issues with our facebook pixel (Specifically server side event_source_url parameter being blocked). The official Shopify Facebook and Instagram app wasn't working correctly and it was nearly impossible to get someone from Shopify to look at it. We spent weeks trying to get it fixed only to get the runaround from both Meta and Shopify both pointing fingers at each other. The Shopify AI assistant Sidekick recommended going with a 3rd party app. I downloaded this app and got technical assistance right away from their support. I was able to quickly connect it and disconnect the facebook/instagram app (to avoid duplicate events). It's working great now and the server side issue is fixed.
