We are just beginning to touch on the surface of how powerful Zapier really is and how much it can help us in connection with our Shopify store, but we have found it to be super useful for the few zaps we have set up. An example of a zap we love involves a specific service item being ordered from our Shopify store which causes a specific email to be sent and then creates a task in Insightly pertaining to that item for a specific person.

Zapier is amazingly powerful in connecting apps together and having it interact with Shopify is a huge bonus.

What a great app and the support is incredible: friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly eager to help which is rather rare these days! I am now able to survey my customers with typeform, pull in their order data from shopify with zapier, and send the emails automatically 5 weeks after they purchase with gmail. Just an example of all the things you can do, but this is an automation useful for all ecommerce stores!

This app is just the best. Connect Shopify to ANYTHING. Great out of the box tools and the ability to transform inputs/outputs using custom code. Adding it to our box of tools was a game changer.

Simply put, I love this software. Zapier is awesome and it has come in handy in so many situations, especially as it relates to hooking together email providers, CRM, shopify, etc. It's the only bill I don't mind paying every month.

I'm far from being any kind of developer but I was able to easily create several zaps that work correctly. Very easy to use. When I've had questions or something hasn't worked the way I thought it should, their customer support has been very responsive and helpful.

I litterally use Zapier every day. It is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone that looks for easy, intuitive automatization that doesnt require heavy programming skills.

Just started using Zapier and getting addicted. Need to hold myself back from setting up Zaps that are just for the sake of doing them. I had never heard of Zapier until it was mentioned in a forum and it's really extended the timeline for when we'll need to hire an employee with how much it's automated. A small portion of our business is dropshipped. Zapier is now set up to automatically take our orders and email them to our vendor in the format they need to process it. Also, we've set it up to take all of the receipts we have send to us via email, create a monthly Dropbox folder, and name/file those receipts appropriately. That's 80% of our receipts we now don't need to hunt for anymore. This will definitely be a HUGE asset to our business as we grow and find more processes to automate.

Great app, works really well for us to get notifications of Abandoned Carts over a certain amount, which lets our sales team contact leads before they are lost!

Zapier's been great at getting our Shopify sales over to Salesforce. The only problem I have is that it does not support multiple line items which makes us have to use Google Sheets to get all our products over from Shopify to Salesforce. I'm hoping that Zapier will eventually support multiple line items so we can cut out the Google Sheets part.

Zapier made it possible for us to connect our store to docs further enabling us to track our customer purchases of classes and courses in an easy to read document that we can safely share with our Instructors. Also, Zapier support helped in a way that was above and beyond what they actually advertise. That was and still is the reason why we continue to use Zapier! Zapier is an awesome and easy to use platform.

We have used Zapier for quite a while and been pleased with it. Now that we are using it to connect our Hubspot website to our Shopify store and Infusionsoft we are Raving Fans of Zapier. It does so much more than I imagined. Just this past week I was having trouble setting up some new Zaps and sent a tech support ticket and in a very short time Jose responded and we emailed back and forth, he is very patient and helpful and we resolved the issues. We will be using Zapier for a long time to come and I have a feeling we have only begun to tap into the potential of it.
