We’ve been using Zapiet Eats for our Better Coffee brand, and I have to say — this app is incredibly powerful and packed with features. From store scheduling to order fulfillment logistics, everything is well-thought-out and just works seamlessly. But what truly sets them apart is their Support Team. Every Support Advisor we’ve interacted with has been extremely accommodating, and I’m honestly speechless at how knowledgeable they are about every aspect of their app. They go above and beyond to assist, making every interaction smooth and reassuring. It's rare to find such dedication and expertise in customer support nowadays. Highly recommended for any serious food or beverage brand on Shopify looking for a solid and reliable ordering system!
