We've been a Zapiet customer since 2023, starting with Zapiet Pickup + Delivery before adopting Zapiet Eats for Wendy's PH. currently, we manage 100+ stores, and the platform has somehow been able to support the operational requirements of our online ordering business while providing a consistent customer experience. As part of our development team, we've worked closely with Zapiet on implementations, troubleshooting, and feature requests. Their support team has always been responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly to work with. They listen to feedback and are willing to collaborate on practical solutions. Overall, we've had a positive experience and appreciate Zapiet's continued commitment to improving the platform.
