Database connection errors (max_user_connections exceeded) took down our live store for hours. Developer responded saying it was "fully fixed" and a "temporary server issue." Checked after their response - SAME ERROR STILL VISIBLE. Either the fix wasn't actually applied, or this is a recurring problem they're not being honest about. A "temporary server issue" doesn't cause max_user_connections errors - that's poor connection pooling in their code. Not acceptable for production use.

Nice working application. We had some initial issues with setting up the sync. But that was swiftly resolved by the support team, they responded quickly and friendly. Would recommned.
