Useless app, make you to only pay, no support, response, never worked for me, struggled to get connected with zoho books past two but never worked. I paid money, shopify should look into such scrap apps who are making us to pay but never provide service. please dont subscribe this app , simply you will burn your money
Hi Nithin and Shobana, Thank you for your feedback, but we’d like to respectfully clarify that your review does not reflect the actual timeline of our communication or our support efforts. 🔹 Support Was Prompt and Within SLA You installed the app on Saturday, May 10, at 12:09 PM, and messaged us at 2:22 PM. We replied in just 27 minutes at 2:49 PM. Unfortunately, by that time, you had already uninstalled the app, so we had no way to assist you further. You reinstalled the app the next day, Sunday, May 11, at 7:31 AM, and contacted us again at 7:49 AM. Even though it was a weekend (our non-working day), we still responded promptly at 8:18 AM, well within our 24-hour SLA for your $3.99 Basic Plan. Once again, the app was uninstalled shortly after, with no reply from your side. 🔹 No Charges Were Made yet Despite your claim that you “paid money,” you were never charged for trail Plan. While the subscription was started briefly, it was cancelled before any billing occurred. But in your case, we responded twice — once on a weekend — both times within 30 minutes, and each time the app was uninstalled before we could provide any real assistance. 🔹It’s unfair to label the app as “useless” or “scrap” when no opportunity was given to support or guide you through the setup. The app works for many merchants, and we’re always available to help when given the chance. We hope this explanation helps others understand that your experience does not reflect our usual support standard or billing process. Thank you,

the response times were abysmal. I often had to wait days just to get a basic update on my issues. When they finally did respond, the solutions offered were either ineffective or caused additional problems. the overall experience was a waste of time and money. I ended up having to hire a different company to fix the mess that this company created. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.
