We were looking for a way to make the login process faster, and this app delivered. The 4-digit OTP arrives almost instantly, which keeps customers from bouncing. It’s incredibly simple for our users to skip passwords and just use their phone numbers. We also love the built-in analytics that let us track exactly how many people are signing up via OTP vs. social logins like Google and FB. Honestly, this app solves a major problem facing all Shopify users in the Gulf region, which is that all customers currently prefer to log in via mobile. I haven't found a better app to solve this problem smoothly, with excellent customer service.
