We have been extremely happy with 99minds. We are using the gift card and loyalty program. For anyone using Heartland + Shopify and or Hyperspace this is the best way to integrate loyalty and gift cards to your business and take your customer satisfaction to the next level. Having the ability to utilize in-store and online gift cards and Loyalty that sync between Heartland and Shopify without spending a small fortune is a game changer. Pravin, Ankita and the whole team there have been wonderful to work with. I wish I knew about this set up years ago. Also, check out Hyperspace while you're at it if you need to sync inventory between Heartland and your ecom store. Another game changer.
