99minds Gift Card & Loyalty

We've loved working with 99minds! We're excited to finally offer a seamless gift card experience across both our boutiques and online store, making it easy for customers to shop and redeem wherever they choose. The 99minds customer support team was outstanding throughout our loyalty program setup. We needed a system that could work seamlessly across both online (Shopify) and offline (in-store POS) channels, with multiple membership tiers, and they patiently guided us through the entire process — about 2 months from start to finish. Every time we had a question or hit a technical snag, their response was quick and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended for any brand that wants a loyalty program truly tailored to their business, not just a generic template.

Terrible customer service. I wanted help with some of the free features, and stated multiple times that I intend to stay in the free plan, and I kept getting forced to upgrade my plan. After asking for help multiple times on the free features, finally I was given a trial of the paid version, even though I stated that I don't want it. They don't listen to their customers and just push the paid plans. The app might be good itself, but this attitude was a complete turn off for me.

Since integrating 99minds with our Runit POS and Shopify setup, our customers can now redeem gift cards and loyalty rewards seamlessly online, not just in-store. It's made the whole shopping experience feel more connected, whether someone's checking out on our website or in person. 99minds has been a great addition to our already amazing Runit POS and Shopify combo, and our customers have really noticed the difference.

We’ve been using 99minds for our loyalty and store credit program at Maxwell James, and it’s been a solid addition to our tech stack. We needed something that could bridge online and in-store, and this gets us much closer than anything else we’ve tried. The flexibility around points, rewards, and campaigns is strong, and once it’s set up correctly, it runs smoothly. It’s helped us create a more intentional rewards experience for our customers without overcomplicating things on the front end. There is a bit of a learning curve on setup, especially if you’re trying to align it with POS and email/SMS flows, but their support team has been responsive and helpful when we’ve needed it. Overall, a good option if you’re serious about building a loyalty program that actually integrates into your business and not just sits on the sidelines.

I almost gave up on using this app due to my own misunderstanding of how to use some of the features I installed it for. However i gave it one last chance with a scheduled call with Pravin and he was so kind and informative and helped me through all my questions. It is a bit on the pricey side so I will only use it for the holiday season but it really does a lot of things and has a lot to offer. I am using it with Shopify Flow for some automated Black Friday things and after much testing and Pravin's help we are holiday ready!
