Terrible customer service. I wanted help with some of the free features, and stated multiple times that I intend to stay in the free plan, and I kept getting forced to upgrade my plan. After asking for help multiple times on the free features, finally I was given a trial of the paid version, even though I stated that I don't want it. They don't listen to their customers and just push the paid plans. The app might be good itself, but this attitude was a complete turn off for me.

Our team’s intention was to explain which features are included in the free plan and which require a paid plan, but we understand that this may not have been communicated clearly. The trial was offered only to give you access to the additional features you were asking about, not to force you into a paid subscription. We respect your decision to remain on the free plan and regret that the interaction created a different impression. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’ll use it to improve how we explain plan limitations and options in the future.
Unfortunately I downloaded this app and I regret this mistake, I can only advise against it, there is no way to delete your data and the customer service promises to get back to you but nobody gets back to you. For me this site is spam and I advise everyone not to download it.
