Using 99minds with our Runit POS and Shopify has been a huge win for us. With true omnichannel gift cards and loyalty, our customers can easily use their gift cards in-store and online without issues. We love the promotional gift cards and the loyalty page and widget - it’s been a great way to engage customers. Configuring everything was simple, and everything just works. Definitely a game-changer for our store!

I almost gave up on using this app due to my own misunderstanding of how to use some of the features I installed it for. However i gave it one last chance with a scheduled call with Pravin and he was so kind and informative and helped me through all my questions. It is a bit on the pricey side so I will only use it for the holiday season but it really does a lot of things and has a lot to offer. I am using it with Shopify Flow for some automated Black Friday things and after much testing and Pravin's help we are holiday ready!
