AB Convert is a great app that helps us to test themes, prices etc. The analytics it gives are great, it's easy to use and the team is very helpful and receptive whenever we have questions.

There are great people behind this app who care about their users. App also works as expected and it's cost-effective compared to other expensive solutions.

The support process is ridiculous. You're required to book a ticket just to speak to someone which sure whatever thats fine but the issue is you close out the ticket without any response from us on whether or not your suggestions fixed the issue at hand to which we have to go through your AI chat system and respond to multiple unnecessary prompts just to get passed it so we can speak to book a ticket and then we have to book a completely brand new ticket and re-type all the information that should already be available if you just didn't close the ticket out. The app itself is fine which is why I gave 3 stars.
