App does exactly what I need it to do. I needed some help setting things up as I use a few different apps that interact with each other on our Shopify store and customer support was very prompt and helpful.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK This app cost me more than it helped or saved. *****DOES NOT SYNC INVENTORY. (also does not warn you about this) In my case this lead to overselling hundreds of items. when I asked the staff to explain how inventory works, it took well over 5 minutes to get a real answer: Me: so i am meant to manually recalculate my inventory after a test? Jeffrey: No you don’t have to Me: then why is my inventory oversold Jeffrey: Just go analytics and see how many test variants are sold Jeffrey: And minus the number Jeffrey: That’s it
Hello Jeffrey here. Firstly, I apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. Please understand that when you reached out to us, it was 4:30 am in our time zone. Despite the hour, we were committed to addressing your concerns. I noticed there was a significant amount of emotion during our conversation. We attempted to clarify the situation, but it seemed there might have been some miscommunication. Regarding the app, it creates duplicate variants for price testing, which can occasionally lead to inventory discrepancies. We're actively working on developing an inventory syncing feature to resolve this. However, in this instance, the primary issue arose because the test ran for an extended period of three months without monitoring the inventory levels. I've been using this app for a couple of days and I'm super impressed with the built-in functionality and level of support they offer. We have some custom landing pages with several products & variants on the same page. They offered to step in and do a couple of custom things so their app would work seamlessly with their app, the same day we asked! For regular Shopify pages, the testing works out of the box with just a couple of clicks. It also works with subscriptions (Recharge in our case). This saves us a ton of $$/time/effort by skipping bulky A/B testing software and it doesn't impact speed!

Super easy to implement, quick support and works seamlessly. I've been looking for a tool that allows us to do easy price testing but at an affordable cost to us. We're not a large store, but the price tag on this app is expensive but super fair for a company like ours. I had to reach out to support one time just to be sure I was doing things correctly, and Jeffrey responded within a few minutes. Highly recommended.

An absolute recommendation for this app! The support responds very quickly and helps both with the evaluation of the data and with the setup of particularly complicated A/B tests. We have been able to revise our entire pricing structure with the help of the app and thus increase profitability.

We needed to launch a price test on the accessory we manufacture. Of the 3 other applications tested ABconvert were the most professional and responsive as well as being the cheapest... The installation was not easy and Jeffrey immediately took charge of the setup. I was able to talk to him by chat and even by video so that the environment was well understood and everything was sorted out within a few hours. Thank you for your great responsiveness! Price testing is a crucial issue and this application will enable us to make an informed decision!

Great app for price & content AB testing! Had a small issue, as our theme is heavily customized but this was solved immediately by the live chat CS.

ABConvert is a very nice solution for price testing products. It is simple to use and the support from Jeffrey was top notch. Setting up the a/b and a/b/c tests was an intuitive process. After choosing a product to test you are able to quickly edit the test price for each variant as well as the compare to price and then launch the test. The analytics dashboard provides everything needed to evaluate your tests and move forward with confidence. Again, the support from the team was superb. They were very responsive and catered to our needs.

The app works as advertised and splits traffic on the same URL to multiple products with different prices. The support was helpful when I had an issue with Recharge, but that was fixed by them and they told me that I just needed to update the product on recharge ui. Thanks!
