made my product information section go completely blank. Uninstalling the app did not resolve it. Talking to shopify support to fix it :(((

Our app is implemented as a Shopify App Embed, which only renders its own widget on the storefront. It does not have permission to edit, delete, or overwrite your product descriptions or theme content. The Amazon link had thousands of reviews, but every time I copied the link to the app, it showed zero reviews. I contacted customer service for many days with no response, terrible service.

I find the A2Reviews app very user-friendly and efficient. However, it's unfortunate that it doesn't sync with the merchant center's reviews, as this could enhance search rankings. I hope they consider developing this feature in the future. Nevertheless, the initial import of reviews onto the page is convenient and authentic. The availability of a free version in the early stages, followed by an affordable paid version, is also commendable.
One of the greatest review app that i have used ! the whole structure is clear and user-friendly,easy to get a hange of it, recommend 5 stars !
1. Reviews can't be shown in Google or Google shopping ads. 2. I asked for help, waited for 10 days, but customer support did not reply.
Thank you for leaving a review. As I told you before, that I have resolved the code conflicts. And all that's left for you is to wait for Google to update. But every time I make a change, your side updates the modifications and it overwrites what I previously processed. Thus, the problem will never be resolved. You should be patient and wait for Google to update, I think it can't be fast unless you update the index of the product pages yourself after I've fixed it.
Tried it, it was okay. It does what it says it does. However, the biggest irritant was when I uninstalled this app, it left lots of extra code all over my theme. Does not uninstall very cleanly.
Olá, eu precisaria entrar em contato com vocês. O aplicativo é muito bom e eu recomendaria ele. Porém, para fazer isso, preciso que me ajudem a corrigir um erro dele. Não está aparecendo as avaliações na minha loja. Uso o aplicativo há aproximadamente 3 meses e sempre funcionou. Já tentei entrar em contato com vocês mas não obtive retorno.
Muito simples de utilizar! Estou gostando muito! Não vejo a hora dele estar em português, e olha que só usei no modo free!;)

Poor customer service! They do not reply to messages! Couple weeks have passed and they just ignore.
