Hi, We're sorry for the confusion. Our app does not require manual cancellation. Under Shopify's billing system, uninstalling the app is sufficient to cancel future charges. The Amazon link had thousands of reviews, but every time I copied the link to the app, it showed zero reviews. I contacted customer service for many days with no response, terrible service.

If an Amazon product has thousands of reviews but our app imports 0, it usually indicates that the product URL is not supported or doesn't match Amazon's supported formats. This does not necessarily mean the product has no reviews. To help merchants, we've provided step-by-step documentation and video tutorials showing exactly how to import Amazon reviews successfully. We're also happy to check any product link manually. If you send us the Amazon URL, we'll verify it and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve both our app and our support experience.
1. Reviews can't be shown in Google or Google shopping ads. 2. I asked for help, waited for 10 days, but customer support did not reply.
Thank you for leaving a review. As I told you before, that I have resolved the code conflicts. And all that's left for you is to wait for Google to update. But every time I make a change, your side updates the modifications and it overwrites what I previously processed. Thus, the problem will never be resolved. You should be patient and wait for Google to update, I think it can't be fast unless you update the index of the product pages yourself after I've fixed it.
Poor customer service! They do not reply to messages! Couple weeks have passed and they just ignore.
