Andrea was extremely helpful today! I am very new to this and it's always tough when you can't pick the phone up and talk. She kept sending me articles that were helpful in understanding the process more. Kudos to Andrea!!!

Their 30-day free trial on all of their plans is inaccurate. You actually only get is 3 payouts history. There isn't a real free trial, where you can test their plans, which is quite misleading.

Kim from A2X helped me out when i had a disconnect issues with QBO. They were responsive and helpful. I was back up and running quickly. The tool is so useful to simplify the Shopify data into QBO. Highly recommended.
