First I must say the software is amazing and any small business owner should use it. I quickly was able to connect all my JerkyNSpice channels quickly on my own, until I started Shopify which was done a bit differently and I kept getting stuck. Andrea in support was nothing short of amazing and quickly helped me troubleshoot the issues. One was even one she had never seen (feel those always happen to me! :)) but we quickly set up a shared screen and powered through it together. She was a true advisor and incredibly helpful in a short period of time. I would give her 6 stars if it was possible. Thanks A2X team!

Our transition to A2X has been extremely positive thanks to the very responsive and thorough onboarding team. We have been working with Jana and I highly recommend her. I have had several video calls with her during our transition and she always resolves my outstanding questions and makes sure everything is flowing properly from Shopify and Stripe to Quickbooks and takes the time to explain and make sure I fully understand the process which is extremely helpful. It's unusual to have such personal and invested customer service and I cannot speak highly enough about how differentiating this is. Great product with great customer service. Highly recommend.

While we had a rough start with our A2X setup, our overall experience has been excellent. Once we fully engaged with the onboarding process and clearly walked through how our business handles different payment types (credit cards, checks, COD, ACH, and terms), everything came together. The A2X team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us get the configuration right. Their support helped us understand both the software and the accounting flow behind it, and we now have a system that reconciles cleanly and saves significant time each month. Tip for new users: take full advantage of onboarding and be very detailed about your workflows—it makes all the difference.

A2X is incredible. Very detailed, very helpful customer service. We could not do this without them. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. If you are a new business, don't cut corners with this. We tried to use the QB integration for retail sales and it was a mess. Once we added A2X it was so clean.

I was sort of skeptical of allowing software to post to quickbooks for me, but honestly this software is very detail oriented and creates really clean journal entries and was super simple to set up! But, where they really shine is their customer service! They are always available and have an incredible support team that seems really knowledgable about both accounting AND the software. Truly refreshing to get this type of amazing support!

I have used A2X in the past, and decided to give it another shot because of the ability to map to accounts rather than only to Products/Services like many similar softwares require, which creates issues and unneccessary complexity for our business. I am SO happy that I did, I have seen many huge improvements with the software functionality and the UI/UX is by far the best of the many that I have tried for a variety of businesses. What stands out the most is the Customer Service - the Support Bot is pretty spot on, but when it isn't or when I need more customized help, the team is always quick, helpful, and super kind. Definitely an A2X user for life now and have recommended it to several other accountants since doin the most recent implementation.

Super easy to get A2X set up! It's helpful to be able to review the journal entries before sending them to QBO. I like that the revenue and COGS are in separate transactions. The resources and support have been fantastic!

I was having trouble transferring access to this handy tool after an accountant left, and initially just tried to do things myself because I rarely have an experience with support that is anything more than frustrating. When I hit a wall, I clicked the icon in the lower right of the site, got routed to Kim through their AI assistant, and she helped me resolve the issue even though it required a couple days to get all the way there. Restored my faith in humanity.

A2X save us HOURS worth of manual reconciliation of our 9 figure business. It is worth the cost 100 times over. If we run into any issues the team is there to help within minutes.

The customer support I received from A2X is world class! There is no cutting corners and they genuinely want to help not just offer cheap outsourced help desks. On the contrary the support I received from Kim Pacy was amazing. She was very patient, supportive and kind. She genuinely wanted to support me. She made it fun. I always felt welcome. I trusted her to help me and I did not have to jump from one person to another. She was the one who emailed me and the one who met with me online when we needed to go over things. The best online support I have ever received! Thank you Kim and A2X

I had a question about our account mapping with QuickBooks online and A2X and Agnes was able to answer all my questions very clearly and VERY fast. The team at A2X has been nothing but helpful in helping me get everything mapped and working correctly.
