A2X Sync for QuickBooks & Xero

A2X makes one Shopify into multi-entity with different QB's an accurate and efficient process. It saves an immense amount of time having this process automated. Our advisor Manuela is so knowledgeable and helpful, she responds to any questions we have quickly and always has the answers we need. We couldn't have navigated this process without her.

A2X has honestly made my bookkeeping life so much easier! It saves me a lot of time and makes handling Shopify transactions and reconciling them in QuickBooks much less stressful. Fantastic product backed by exceptional support We’ve had a genuinely excellent experience with A2X, both in terms of the product itself and the support we’ve received from Juliet and her team. A2X is a very strong product and does exactly what you need it to do. It takes what can be a complicated area of e-commerce accounting and makes it far more structured, reliable and manageable. For us, one of the biggest benefits has been its ability to handle multiple Shopify accounts operating in different currencies and bring everything accurately into a single Xero organisation. That could easily become a very manual and messy process, but A2X has made it far simpler to manage, reconcile and report on. The integration and reporting are clear, and once properly configured it removes a significant amount of manual work from the finance process while also improving confidence in the numbers. What has particularly stood out, though, is the level of customer support. Juliet and the team have been fantastic from the outset. Response times are incredibly quick, instructions are clear and easy to follow, and they are always willing to take the time to properly understand the issue rather than simply sending a generic response. Where we have needed additional help, they have effectively held our hand through the process, explaining what needs to be done and why, and making sure everything is working correctly before moving on. That level of support makes a huge difference, particularly when dealing with multiple Shopify stores, different currencies and a more complex accounting setup. It’s rare to find a software business that combines a genuinely good product with such responsive and knowledgeable customer service. I would have no hesitation recommending A2X to any e-commerce business, accountant or finance team looking to improve the accuracy and efficiency of their accounting. This app is worth every penny, and has truly changed my workflow as an in-house bookkeeper. I used to spend HOURS manually making journal entries into Quickbooks, but with both the COGs and Shopify payouts features, I post to QB, go to QB, match, and bam you're done. It takes some time for initial set up, to map each account into your Quickbooks correctly, and I definitely had to figure out a few odd things, but once you get it working, it's 10000% worth your time.

A2X has an amazing support team. Dolores was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. She provided clear guidance, investigated the discrepancies thoroughly, and quickly identified and imported the missing payouts, which resolved the variances. I also appreciated the step-by-step instructions she shared for accessing the Shopify Finance Summary reports. Her updates were clear throughout the process, and she explained the timing differences in a way that was easy to understand. Thank you, Dolores, for making the resolution so smooth and efficient!

Simply l love a2x and their support team. Any time I have an issue it is dealt with promptly and with a digital smile. To boot the a2x software is a breeze to use with Shopify and has saved us many hours of reconciliation software with our Old Neto site ---> Xero. The only thing that annoys me I didnt find this 13 years ago when we started the online journey

Good App and easy to adapt to. There's a few details to get used to with mapping and clearing accts but very helpful and reduces time to clear books! Nicole has walked me through items to get me up to speed! thx

I've been a user of A2X for about a year now and previously just used the Shopify to Xero integration. I recently decided to make the upgrade to also have the PayPal to Xero integration set up, to cut down on manual end of month reconciliation across multiple currencies with the FX variances between PP & Shopify being a bit painful. I had my complimentary 1 hour onboarding meeting with Nicole from A2X and the experience was 11/10. Super friendly, helpful and patient (actually put in the time to teach and help me understand instead of rushing through things, whilst still making the most of the time), achieved all the set up I needed and I've just been finalising the implementation and so far I'm very impressed. All her explanations were incredibly clear and instead of an awkward onboarding meeting it felt like chatting with an old friend (not your average onboarding experience). The software is also very dynamic to adapt to new scenarios and truly does make it so much easier on the end user. Thanks so much Nicole - I really appreciate it.

Such a lifesaver when it comes to ecommerce bookkeeping. Reconciling my sales channels used to take forever, but A2X makes it so easy.

I confess that adding A2X was a bit nerve wracking, but trying to handle the Shopify payouts is a nightmare. So, I went all in. What has impressed me the most is the customer service. They are there when you have a concern; right there in Chat. Not a robot, not artificial intelligence, a real person. Right here, I'm in.
