A2X has completely transformed the way I handle my e-commerce accounting. This app effortlessly pulls data from Shopify and Amazon, automatically categorizing and matching transactions to the correct Xero accounts. It's like having a dedicated accountant working 24/7.
The app has been very easy to setup and use! It has already saved me a good amount of time from manual entry. Meg and the support team and the partner help has been amazing! I can't recommend the a2X app and the team highly enough!

I have been using A2X for the past few years, I like that is an automatic solution to the annoying manual accounting of shopify transactions. Do be careful if you are loop - shopify; they don't necessarily speak the proper accounting language to each other which can cause differences in your accounting (specifically in pending payments) and how A2X records them; without an accountant/bookkeeper that understands the back end of Shopify/loop you're screwed. I will be honest I have been disappointed by MOST of A2X's support people - I have been trying to figure out my loop-shopify woes for a while, and most support people gave me run around, solutions that weren't the right solutions etc. FINALLY I got a rep that actually knew what she was talking about, she knew the shopify-loop woes and was finally able to help me properly work through them... So if it wasn't for Manuela Abrams, I likely would still be pulling my hair out with my 'outage' in pending payments. Also -- if you need help and you feel like the normal support people suck -- try to request Manuela Abrams - she knows her stuff (and her accounting principles!). So this review is more for Manuela 10/10 -- a2x pre-manuela 4/10 -- a2x after Manuela 8/10. Manuela deserves a raise and a promotion! (but please let her help me going forward lol).
A2X worked perfectly for our company. Importantly, their support was super helpful and responsive in helping us learn the platform and find things.
Lifesaver for multi-channel/multi-website. A2X saves us so much time day-to-day and $ at year end with bookkeepers. We use Shopify(2 sites with PayPal and Shopify Payments)+Shopify POS and QBO.
We use this with Xero and some other sales channels to make sure data going into accounts is accurate. I’m not so involved with the details but the accounts are happy so overall happy with a product that does what it says on the tin. Support is also great when needed.

Brilliant App, Great Support.....A2X is the perfect link between Shopify and Xero, makes life so much easier and very clear to check reconciliations, actually makes the understanding of fees and clearing of PayPal and Klarna simple. Lana and Will at the support team are great and very helpful. Each time I speak to the support team at A2X the more impressed I am. Gives me confidence for our next store. A big thank you to Lana.
A2X to Xero is amazing and has great customer support! I had a missing payout that didn't come through to Xero, and the chat support was able to resolve in 24 HOURS! Absolutely amazing!
A2X is a great app for giving me clear profit visibility and allowing me to calculate my GST in AU Nicole was very helpful in onboarding me to A2X and dealing with all of my questions. She broke everything down visually so i now have a much better understanding of how to use everything

so far it sucks. It's stuck because sku's have - in them. And they seem to have not figured this out yet. I'm kinda pissed I'm having to tell them how to fix this.
A2X has been a tremendous help so far. Its automation for reconciling transactions between Shopify and Xero is a huge time-saver. Plus, their customer support has been excellent.
I'm absolutely happy how A2X works and syncs data of our Sopify sales and payouts with our Quickbooks Online account. It's a great tool with very precise data. The A2X Support Team answered all my questions within really 15 minutes as they promise. They resolved the issue of missing some historical payouts during 15 minutes as well. I tried other apps, and now I can say with complete confidence A2X app is the best solution.
The software looks complex however the support team helped me set it up, and answered all questions I had about any discrepancies I noticed. This app saves so much time on generating reports and finding the lost expenses in them, then transferring the information manually to QBO. Highly recommend

Onboarding was amazing, super easy to set up and get started right away to categorize all my fees from Shopify. I think this is an amazing tool that has already relieved so much bookkeeping and accounting stress for myself and it's that much easier to keep my books clean so I can focus on bringing in revenue into the business.
