I like this app, it works well. Also, the support team is excellent, and my special thanks to Najmus. I will add another review after using it more, but overall until now, everything is working fine. Thank you Update on Oct 16 2024: I absolutely love the app for its simplicity and ease of use. Plus, the customer support is fast and very cooperative.

We've been using uptrack for a few years no on multiple stores of ours. It's a game changer and never disappoints. If you want to be on top with your relationship with Stripe/Paypal and take an extra measure to avoid holds/rolling reserves, then uptrack is a must!

Very good app, it does what it says, no errors or disruptions. Vijaya was very helpful in the live chat, fast responses and on point. Been using the app for quite some time already!

I found the setup confusing to go through. It could be a clearer path of what you are supposed to be doing and when you are finished (mine says 75% complete but supposedly it is setup). Often these steps are written from the programmers point of view instead of the users. Vigava was very helpful and friendly when I had questions.

We use it for PayPal and it works. Fast responding support for setup. This app is a must have for everyone that does alot of sales via paypal and there money is stucked in paypal.

So far so good, easy to install and on-line help present to talk you through your questions. Handled combined orders and associated a single tracking number to them all (up to at least 6).

I was searching for a way to sync (paypal orders) with my Shopify store. I have tried many applications like this but this application is the best in terms of synchronization with PayPal and also the user interface is very simple and user friendly. I got in touch with Vijaya and she helped me out right away. She was very responsive, professional and patient throughout the process. I definitely recommend this app.

I would be very wary of using this app guys. When you install it there are 2 plans, both with a 7 day free trial. Right below this is an offer for a 30 day trial. All you 'have to do' is answer a few questions in their whatsapp group. I did all this, needed the 'high growth' plan (the second plan) for my order volumes, to then be told the offer doesn't apply to this plan. I think if a company is being so dishonest about their free trials, it is certainly not a company I want to have access to my stores. A bit of extra searching on the app store, found similar apps, with lowers prices and better features.

The app just work seamlessly applying tracking numbers. It automated what would have taken us along time to do. Hopefully no more holds from paypal with this app active.
