I've been using their service for quite some time and so far the service is great and the support is responsive. The tracking numbers do sync as expected. It does what it says and whenever something goes wrong, their customer support is always there to back you up and provide you with the best resolution possible.

Great Support! Helped us to integrate a lot of shippingnummbers to PayPal. We has a mistake in our Shopify system wich caused the import to PayPal to be wrong as well. Due to the quick support the problem could be solved easily.

Amazing app and a great team. I contacted them about adding a custom checkout integration and within 3 days they developed and implemented this feature and now all trackings are being synced even with my custom setup. Hands down the most responsive and best app for tracking uploading. Can't recommend this app enough.

It is a must have app so you don't have any issues with PayPal. It does what it is supposed to do so 5/5 from me!

We mainly use Uptrack to synchronise the tracking no. of Shopify orders to the PayPal automatically. The Uptrack is very useful and we don't need to input the tracking no. one by one in PayPal manually. PayPal will judge the dispute case based on the status in the link with tracking no. Thank you so much for Uptrack !

Set and forget. Since installing this app we never had to think about uploading tracking to PayPal again. Does its job perfectly with zero issues. Highly recommend.

This app is amazing and wonderful. Have really helped a lot in synchronizing the tracking on Paypal. Helps to save a lot of time as they're all done automatically and without any miss. Definitely a must have app for all the fellow online retailers out there.

Uptrack has helped save hours and hours of work in synching tracking numbers to PayPal. This is a must have if your business accepts paypal payments. Their customer support is also terrific.

App works perfectly. It uploads all tracking info to your Paypal account automatically, saving time. This will also help with Paypal holds. Definitely recommend.

Very good and helpful app. It is the app you need to Sync your Shopify tracking numbers to PayPal with no issues. Also, I would like to thank Shruti for the help I got.

Been using this for more than 6 months now. One of the most important and best apps here. Very trust worthy and I am rest assured that all my tracking numbers are being updated to Paypal. Very easy to setup and the best paypal tracking uploader :D

Used to be a great app, now it doesn't work at all. Only a few orders synced, with the wrong information, a total mess. Contacted support via email, chat, shopify, no answer. DO NOT INSTALL
Hi, Thanks for your comments, however, I can see you installed our app on 26th July and have already uninstalled it. I have talked with the support agent and checked myself we have not received any support request from your store name within the time period your app was installed. Regarding the functionality, our app is running fine already. Also as per your claim, few orders synced with wrong information are totally impossible to occur, as Uptrack only syncs tracking after matching them with PayPal or Stripe respectively. If they do not match, it does not sync it at all. Please let me know on which email you contacted our support and what is you support chat ticket number, so I can help you with the issue. Thank you! Update- Found your ticket on chat support, as explained by the chat support agent, we do not support Carthook, only OCU is supported. Thanks again!

Brilliant app. Automatically updates paypal with delivery tracking saving us hours. Intuitive setup in minutes and works seamlessly. I now dont have to wait weeks for PayPal withdrawals. very pleased
